Sadie Amara Calvano has become popular for her role as Violet Plunkett that she played on the CBS sitcom Mom. Calvano born in California had a first interest in competing gymnastics. She later chose to become an actor. In 2010, she first appeared on the screen with an episode of the CBS series 'NCIS.' The biographical crime movie J Edgar was her big screen debut a year later. Over the next few years, she established herself among the top actors of today's young. In 2011, she was nominated for the Young Artist Award in the category of the Best Performance by Young Actresses 11-15 for her role in NCIS. In 2013, in recognition of the role of a guest on Disney XD's "Kickin' It Comedy Series and received a second nomination for the Young Artist Award. Calvano was an integral part of the cast of 'Mom' in its initial three seasons, and also was a frequent guest on Season 4.
